Meet Fornoza
Fornoza began as a passion project between three friends who first discovered the art of pizza-making through part-time jobs. As we honed our skills and grew in experience, we knew we wanted to create something of our own. After university, we combined our knowledge and love for great pizza to launch Fornoza. What started in Charlie’s uni house in Leeds with a small Ooni oven has grown into a thriving mobile pizzeria. We made our debut at Blue Collar Market in Reading and have since brought our unique pizzas to taprooms, pubs, local events, and private gatherings. Each of us brings a distinct touch to the business, and that individuality is reflected in every pizza we make.
